Touch Lives Ministry is an outreach ministry of St Stephen’s Kisugu. It is a mission work dedicated to serving the Lord by supporting the spiritual and physical needs of very low income families that live in the communities surrounding St. Stephen’s Kisugu, church.
The ministry was established in October 2010 by the Right Reverend Bishop Hannington Mutebi while serving as Vicar of St. Stephen’s Kisugu.

Touch Lives Ministries specifically targets and serves the slum communities surrounding St. Stephens Kisugu Church. By addressing the unique challenges faced by these communities, such as poor housing, limited access to sanitation, and high levels of crime and drug abuse, Touch Lives demonstrates a commitment to uplifting the most vulnerable and marginalized individuals and families.
We believe in taking a holistic approach to address the needs of the people we serve. We provide spiritual support through our fellowship meetings, but we also understand the importance of addressing physical well-being. That's why we offer counseling sessions and activities that promote responsible parenthood, recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of life.
